About Coordiv

We operate at the intersection of material expertise, production capability, and export execution.

Our foundation is in wood - where we have long-standing relationships with manufacturers and artisan-led workshops that understand both craft and scale.

Over time, we have expanded our capability to coordinate other natural materials, including metal, ceramics, and natural fibres, where each material is handled by specialists we have assessed and selected.

We do not believe good sourcing is loud.
We believe it is disciplined, observant, and repeatable.

Most of our work begins with a reference - a sketch, a moodboard, or an idea that is not fully formed.

Our role is to assess feasibility, recommend an approach, assign capable makers, and coordinate execution so the output is reliable.

Our approach is clear.
Do fewer things, do them well, and build relationships that last.

Our Methodology

Marketplaces connect you to suppliers. We engineer your production system from design translation to pre-shipment audit.

Our quality control team operates separately from production. You receive data-driven inspection reports with photographic documentation.

We are not a marketplace.
We are your controlled supply chain.

What clients rely on us for?

1

Early feasibility identification

Technical review of material, construction, and production requirements before development investment. Cost and timeline risks are identified upfront.

2

Reduced iteration cycles

Specifications are engineered for manufacturability from the start. Fewer sample revisions and production adjustments.

3

Pre-shipment risk detection

In-process inspections with photographic documentation. Quality issues are identified when correction is still possible.

4

Single-point accountability

One partner coordinates all production activities. When issues arise, corrective action is coordinated through a single contact.

5

Documented visibility

Regular status updates, inspection reports, and production records. No communication gaps between order and shipment.

6

Consolidated supplier management

Multi-material projects coordinated through one partner. Reduced complexity and administrative overhead.

Material Competencies & Hybrid Construction

Specialized in the mixed-material complexity that traditional workshops struggle to scale. Each material category operates within defined quality parameters.
