Our Quality Philosophy
Quality is not a final-stage gate - it is built into every step of the process. We work with makers who understand consistency, define clear specifications upfront, and maintain visibility throughout production.
When issues arise, we catch them early and resolve them before they become costly problems.
What We Offer!
Four-Stage Quality Control
Pre-Production QC
Before production begins, we verify material sourcing, confirm specifications, and validate samples against approved references.
- Material grade verification and traceability
- Sample approval against sealed reference
- Production specification sign-off
- Maker capability and capacity assessment
- Tooling and equipment verification
- First article inspection (FAI)
TOOLS USED
Sealed samples
Technical drawings
Material certificates
Capacity planning sheets
In-Process Inspection
During production, we conduct regular inspections to catch issues early and ensure consistency across batches.
- DUPRO (During Production) inspections
- Random sampling at 10-20% completion
- Dimensional accuracy checks
- Material consistency verification
- Process adherence monitoring
- Defect tracking and trending
TOOLS USED

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Before any goods leave the facility, we conduct comprehensive final inspections following standardised protocols.
- AQL-based sampling (customisable levels)
- Visual defect identification per severity
- 100% functional testing where applicable
- Packaging integrity verification
- Labelling and marking accuracy
- Carton drop and vibration tests
TOOLS USED

AQL Inspection Standards
We use Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards for statistical sampling, customised based on product risk and your requirements.
Level I (Reduced)
1.0% AQL
Established suppliers with excellent track record. Lower-risk product categories.
Smaller sample per lot
Level II (Normal)
2.5% AQL
Standard inspection for most orders. Balanced cost and quality assurance.
Standard AQL sample
Level III (Tightened)
4.0% AQL
New suppliers, complex products, or after quality issues. Higher scrutiny.
Larger sample per lot
Defect Classification System
Critical
Safety hazards or complete failure to function. Non-negotiable rejection.
Per AQL level selected• Sharp edges causing injury risk
• Toxic material contamination
• Complete functional failure
Major
Defects likely to result in product returns or customer complaints.
Per AQL level selected• Visible cracks or breaks
• Significant colour variation
• Missing components
• Incorrect dimensions
Minor
Slight imperfections unlikely to affect product usability or sale.
Per AQL level selected• Minor surface scratches
• Slight colour shade differences
• Small irregularities in finish
